I am a successful Projects Manager with wide experience in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, infrastructure, water and environmental engineering. The experiences include Projects Designs / Supervision and Construction management plus, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Management and Facilities Management expertise and Projects Delivery.I have extensive Team Leadership skills and able to develop, train and motivate a team to produce quality and cost effective results on time. I have the capability to manage and supervise projects undertaken by engineering / construction works meeting H&SE requirements. I am a hard-working and resourceful and able to work under pressure within a commercial environment.With over 25 years of experience in both technical and business management positions, this experience includes Commercial, Industrial and Major Infrastructure projects in UK and overseas. Also, I have undertaken Project Management and Supervision, acted as a Projects Director, Principal Engineer, Resident Engineer, Chief Resident Engineer, and undertaken detailed designs and implementation of various engineering works.Over the years, I have produced various Requests for Proposals (RfP), Design Briefs, Design Proposals,, Contract Documents, And, my experience, encompass overall project cycles from inception to completion. In UAE, Abu Dhabi, I successfully developed the AED 3Billion Outsource Management Program of the Abu Dhabi Municipality and led a team of 150 Supervising Engineers.In Qatar, Doha, I supported Consultancy Services Proposals for the Qatar Foundation, and Education Facilities Delivery and Doha Municipality.In Saudi Arabia, Jubail Ind. City, I was the Asset Manager/Superintendent for the City’s 3yr O&M Program (water and wastewater assets/facilities) for the newly privatized Marafiq Power/Utilities Company (a joint Public Private Partnership Holding). I have maintained good working relations with various Clients in the Region.
