Felix is a practitioner-scholar with over 27 years Greater China HR leadership experiences with leading multinational companies in different industries, and later worked full-time in academic sector as the Programme Director for two undergraduate Human Resources Management Programmes at Hong Kong Baptist University and taught Human Resources Management and related subjects.Felix currently assumes part-time teaching role in Department of Management as well Associate Director of Centre for Human Resources Strategy and Development at Hong Kong Baptist University. In addition, he also teaches Human Resources Management at the other local universities, for instance, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hang Seng University, as well.Felix is also a member of Executive Committee of Hong Kong People Management Association since 1990s.Felix obtains the following professional qualifications:Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, U.K.Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource ManagementFellow of Australian Human Resources InstituteFellow of Hong Kong People Management Association
