Was offered the great opportunity to be store-manager after my dedicated part-time work during high-school. As a store-manager I have had developed a deeply understanding of people and management working with soft skills such as team-work, culture and leadership, as important as hard skills such as budgeting, retail management and strategic planning.Conducted sales of consumer electronics that met customers' budget and demanded functionality. I learned to help people of all ages and personalities to a product that was technically advanced. I practiced sales, negotiations as well as identifying customers' needs. Sales processes were long and it required mediation between the couples to close deals with a range of 1,000 to 100.000 SEK.
