Technical solution designer & development leading (4 ppl-team).Sigma Response as a Direct Marketing company uses an internal environment for tracking the full life cycle or their products and customer’s needs. Over 100 people (including 3rd parties companies) use it daily. My team is responsible for this system’s development and maintenance. From technical point of view, it uses Spring, Hibernate & jQuery intensively.By the other hand, one of the requirements of my role was to push a content management system from scratch, since they were using Stripes as view/UI solution. I took the project entirely by myself (starting with the analysis of project goals with manager & marketing teams, creating a project overview with a real live demo and planning documentation, deeper technical details to the forthcoming team, and executing the development plan including server setup/configurations). Chosen architecture was ModX (PHP), since openSource tools are mandatory for company’s needs.After 3 months, the project was released and very successful. It has improved the way to manage content (was a big hit in some of the company’s websites, that runs in over 15 countries so far), and gives the flexibility they were looking for.

ATG-Java consultant/developer. Technical designs solutions & implementations.I was part of the Onsite Portal Technical Team, developing new applications for royalmail.com (as well as parcelforce.co.uk and postoffice.co.uk), which is the biggest ATG Portal in Europe.

Team Leader - Technical Consultant. Intermark is a top-industries oriented solutions company. I joined them as a consultant-developer, and suddenly started to manage a team of 6-8 people. We were working mainly with Arcelor-Mittal (http://www.arcelormittal.com/), attending all the new requirements related to their internal web-based application (a multi-purpose tool that allows the company's employees to do any kind of transactions)I was involved into Asturias Regional Government new applications projects too, using an special struts-spring based framework. (about 10 months)

This was a 4-month communications project. Basically it helped me to keep up-to-date about hardware-networks during a transition between places.I was working with huge servers based on unix, maintenance and networking. Also with Apple hardware since the main clients were Design and Marketing Industries.

Menosdiez.com was mainly an advertising/design company with a CMS own-product that needed a huge I+D research.I mainly created core optimizations and implementations, and developed a synchronize system facility that allowed clients to work offline with the CMS (with the possibility of multiple end-points) and merge all the information to the main CMS database when they were connected.
