HR Managed and contributed to HR projects, such as the Integration of Health Plan Copayments. This project involved reprogramming the onboarding process to capture data from a new health consulting vendor, ensuring that employees' health plan information is securely and automatically transferred to copay deductions through the ADP system. This initiative was part of Cargill's strategic approach to employee health management, emphasizing the importance of confidentiality and seamless data transfer without manual intervention. Animal Health and Nutrition In the area of Animal Health and Nutrition, was involved in the implementation of the PriceFx app globally, including several countries in Canada and Brazil. This was part of the Global PriceFx Program. My role included updating and validating project management and leadership expenses, ensuring effective implementation in all regions. Food & Bioindustrial In the Food & Bio area, worked on the implementation of the SAP IBP Global Template and the implementation of CPQ solutions. My role involved support the management of these key projects to ensure the successful deployment and integration of these systems across multiple locations.
