In July 2023 I was fortunate enough to be appointed to the position of Equine services customer administrator at Weatherbys. I have a deep rooted passion for horse racing and in particular the bloodstock industry and was delighted to have the opportunity to start my career with such a prestigious and integral organization. Within this role I gained exposure to all elements of the Weatherbys business including: Registrations/Ownership, Racing Finance & VAT, Racing Operations and General Stud Book. Within a very short period of time I assumed responsibility for Equine Vaccinations aiding both training yards and studs and producing vaccination data for various sales companies.I was also selected to give presentations on the role of Weatherbys at the British Racing School as part of both the Secretarial and Racehorse Trainer courses they run and have been asked to retain this responsibility in my new role going forward.
