Responsible for leading and managing the successful execution of photovoltaic projects, from the design stage to commissioning and final delivery. Fundamental to ensure that projects are developed within the established deadlines, the assigned budget and the required quality standards.Project management: Plan, coordinate and supervise all activities related to the development of photovoltaic projects. This includes developing schedules, allocating resources, tracking project progress, and resolving issues to ensure timely and successful delivery.Team management: Direct and supervise the work team assigned to the project, including engineers, contractors, suppliers and other professionals involved. Establish clear roles and responsibilities, encourage collaboration, and maintain effective communication with all team members.Coordination with interested parties: Interact with clients, architects, regulatory authorities and other relevant actors to ensure compliance with project requirements.Cost and budget control: Monitor and control the budget assigned to the project.Identify possible deviations and take corrective measures to guarantee the profitability of the project.Risk management: Identify and evaluate the risks associated with the project and develop appropriate mitigation plans. Closely monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to minimize their impact.Quality and safety: Ensure that quality and safety standards are met at all stages of the project. Conduct regular inspections, implement quality control measures and promote a safe work environment for all involved.Reports and documentation: Prepare project progress reports, document activities carried out and maintain an updated database.
