I am an architect specialized in building and structures, graduated from ETSAS in 1999 (Seville Higher Technical School of Architecture, Spain) ( similar to RIBA part III) , currently Ph.D candidate from 2015, registered as 4465 COAS-CSCAE since 2000 (National Institute of Architects, similar to ARB) and certificated in Senior Management in Architecture and Engineering from IPE in 2012 (Business School).I provide 20 years’ experience at diverse typologies of projects, mainly Civil and Railway Buildings but also dwelling, offices and cultural ones. Nowadays I am Design Manager at the Construction Engineering of Line 6 in Riyadh Metro Project (RMP) in Saudi Arabia (FAST Consortium, Riyadh Metro) developing Architectural, Structural and MEP Designs, dealing with Client (Riyadh Development Administration), Consultancy Engineering Company and stakeholders. Formerly I have worked at my own architectural office and also for other companies such as Engineering Companies and Control Entities.I have strong experience designing and performing projects, from conceptual phase to practical completion, carrying out the technical managing and assistance of building works of quite of them, managing different scales and typologies buildings; • Railway and Metro Stations as four Railway Stations for reopening as Metro-Tram the old railway line Manacor-Artá in Mallorca or several projects for Railway Stations in Seville administrative buildings like a Court Building in Huelva, • Singular Buildings like a Theatre and Scenic Centre for 600 seats in Almería, a Court and Judicial Building in Huelva.• Residential buildings and Refurbishments of historical ones, some of them in the historic centre of Seville.
