-Supervise from the OCC the quality of production of the Eurostar offer in nominal and disrupted level 1 situations, in order to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction. -Continuously ensuring that resources (trains, staff, train paths, terminal operations) are available in time to carry out the tasks set out in the transport plan.-Devising and managing, in collaboration with the other members of the OCC, the most effective back-up actions to remedy the unavailability of a resource.-Transmitting useful information to the Info&Care Supervisor when, despite backup actions and stand-by activation, the production plan cannot be met (level 1 disruption).-Arbitrate between the various measures taken by OCC members affecting production if these are contradictory.-Ensuring traceability of the actions taken by the OCC in order to support the continuous improvement process implemented by the Performance & Compliance team.-Assigning trainsets "in operation" to the day's missions, in order to cover the transport plan that may be modified by actual traffic.-Liaise with the Fleet Controller to ensure that "in operation" trainsets are returned to the maintenance centre.-Ensuring that the trainset and any restrictions it may have are compatible with the mission assigned to it.-Coordinate the actions of the station technicians on the trainsets "in operation".-Coordinate actions to safeguard the production plan in order to implement the strategy devised by the Operational Manager (L2) or the crisis room (L3).-Deploy the business continuity strategy to the entire OCC, identifying the scope of action for each person.-Propose to the Operational Manager different options for safeguarding the business during level 2 and 3 disruptions, and anticipate their consequences.-Alerting the Operational Manager to any constraint or event that might prevent the strategy from being implemented.-Participating in the feedback from level 2 and 3 events.
