Treat/test patient at bed side for VC and PFT mechanics for asthma and neuromuscular impaired patients. Assist physicians in Bronchoscopy procedures with patients from Thoracic, Surgical and Cardiac Surgeries.Deploying Nitric Oxide in line with the mechanical ventilators post Lung and Heart transplants surgical procedures. Apnea testing to determine worsening respiratory drive. Use of Respiratory Driven Protocols to wean patients off the ventilators, switch to trach collar/spontaneous breathing trials with Pressure Support or SBT. Draw Arterial Blood Gasses (ABG) and assess further intervention or change with treatments per protocol.

For over 26 years 11 months, from 23 April 1988 - 21 Oct 2011 and since then, MAJ G, as a member of US Army Reserve units from Infantry, MI, Medical trained in much of all of these disciplines and position himself for 5 deployments starting form 2004 and ending in March 2015, when he joined the retirement ranks of US Military.
