• Driving and managing application development projects with end-to-end delivery including planning, designing, testing, and deployment.• Evaluating the quality of project outputs to ensure the applications are aligned with business and/or user requirements.• Working closely with both users and vendors to ensure smooth running of the applications; maintaining accurate technical solutions with best effectiveness and efficiency.• Creating and maintaining project documentations, which include but not limited to system update process, migration, and application changes.• Maintaining application health, which includes but not limited to troubleshooting, data utilization checking, etc.

• Creator, owner, and main developer of inhouse Customer Blacklisting system; shifting the process from fully manual to automated workflow.• Enabling automated customer data checking using API with external stakeholder, e.g. Population and Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil), etc.• Main developer for inhouse corporate core systems; including migration, improvement, and troubleshooting.• Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure the aspects of requested projects are fitted and executing necessary actions in a timely fashion.• Assisting user UAT process and ensuring that the project outputs are in accordance with agreed acceptance criteria.• Improving the operational systems to optimize customer experience.
