What my daily job role include preparation for loading and returning goods for everyday project, ensuring and commanding all business process flows are run as how it supposed to be by each person in charge, such as administration, copies of important documents, manage archiving of those files, until calculation and comparison at final phase which is stock counting between what stated in the computer and in physical form, for those goods which has moved that week. And also coordinating with the headquarter team to ensure that, goods extracted from the warehouse are the one that has been projected for each customers.

- Learning how Business flow of E-commerce works, from the E-money transactions, how people making top-up, monitoring the reconciliation, how does it work, what if there’s a refund, and make sure the user had their best shopping experience with us.- Brainstorming with people from another division to reach the best conclusion for every each unique problems encountered, which one of them includes when there’s an assumption of people trying to make a fraud during a transaction.- Learning how the company generates income through logistic transaction with numerous network of vendors, from receiving shipping fee paid from customer, recalculating data, validation, reconciliation, up until issuing invoices for us to pay, and also vice versa.
