In my current role as a Senior Expert in Human Relations at KPMG, I bring a comprehensive professional experience spanning 10 years, during which I have continuously evolved through my work in Audit, Consulting, and now in Human Relations. This diverse background enables me to unite a unique perspective and profound knowledge across various business sectors.My career at KPMG began in Audit Leadership for the Audit Board, followed by a formative period in Consulting, where I co-founded and led the Personal Identity Consulting department. In this role, I managed numerous top-level executives and developed individual communication strategies.In my present position in the HR sector, I co-lead the HR People Communications department with my colleague. Our team mission, 'Creation, Communication, Culture by people for people,' reflects our shared passion for effective and authentic communication at all levels.Our team specializes in three strategic pillars: the HR Ambassador Program, the HR Newsroom that we have established and implemented, and the HR People Communications Academy. Our work in these areas significantly contributes to strengthening KPMG's internal and external communication.My approaches always combine person-centered communication management with innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency, employee engagement, and development.
