My focus is on advising national and international corporations in the areas of corporate law and M&A as well as in restructuring proceedings. The main scope of my work lies primarily in the area of transactions, in particular in plant engineering, investment, real estate, cooperation and distressed projects. In addition, I have developed a strong passion for advising founders, start-ups and investors and I am happy to assist them in all legal matters from the formation process through to the exit strategy. Due to my international educational background and my interest in languages and cultures, I had the blessing of growing up with a variety of mindsets, skills and perspectives. As a result, I really enjoy supporting people, working successfully and creatively in a wide variety of multicultural teams as well as leading and developing different characters. If I am not working on creative solutions for our clients, you will most likely find me on the tennis court or watching football with my friends.
