A placement service provided to ice hockey players who want to move on with their hockey careers onto junior hockey in the USA. I am in charge more of the administrative aspect of the company but the responsibility is shared with my co-owner.

Consistently updated and performed maintenance on the company website. Daily managed various warehouses of products ensuring inventory, import, and export were all accounted for. Created and handled important product documents necessary for regulations and inspectors of the products.Fluently communicated with a team of 3-8 to successfully boost customer rapport and handle any problems or complaints

Gained digital marketing and business strategy experience through an intensive internship project. Started a large wholistic Fall College Campaign. Conducted research to evaluate the company’s demographic/marketing plan and marketing logic model, including reviewing and proposing recommendations for advertising, outputs (activities/customers), and timeframe (short-, medium-, long- term).

Developed on the job knowledge of hardware development and assisted with various on-hand activities such as creating minor parts for major project sand gaining experience working with the 3D modeling program CAD. Observed and shadowed various professionals as they moved throughout their average workday allowing me to deeper understand working in this field Hardware development in the military sector. Mostly worked with CAD (Computer-aided design), DMS (Document management system) and some testing.
