- Lead Media Instock Team taking care of the planning and procurement activities for millions of items for China- Collaborate with supply chain team and operations centers in China in all media related supply chain issues, including S&OP, inbound, and reverse logistics- Collaborate with thousands of vendors, taking care of the end-to-end business, from sales FCST, until vendor return- Build up local instock process to support the rapid changing business environment in China

- Managing Nokia Asia 4 factories common material procurement- Leading 6 teams locating at 4 different places (Korea/India/China) with 50 team members- Representing business team in process and tool development areas
