Greater Atlanta Area

•Serve as the Lead Benefits SME and Liaison to the company’s benefit brokers, Insurance carriers and vendors. Serve as the internal Benefits Consultant Lead, Trainer/Educator to all employees and HR Business Partners as it relates to the delivery of the company’s Total Rewards strategy and benefit offerings including HW Plans, 401k and Wellness programs design.•Assist in the overall design, administration, delivery and support of the organization’s employee Total Rewards Program and related procedures to ensure successful adoption and compliance with all applicable laws. Plans and implement DGS Health and Wellness programs; coordinates with internal and external vendors on programs, project initiatives. Responsible of roll-out of Annual Health Wellness Fair and all logistics of the 2 day event.Interprets and explains policy coverage information details, plan documents and all benefits-related topics and materials in easy and understandable terms. Daily administration of the DGS 401(k) Plan to include: Plan Audits, non-discrimination testing and regulatory reporting and mailings.•Supports the Annual benefits renewal and Open Enrollment processes, including plan and vendor evaluation, cost and utilization analyses along with data audits.•Assist in the development of benefits-related HR Analytics, including ongoing reporting of Platform dashboards and ad-hoc reporting.•Process all enrollment information, verification forms for court orders and accurately and timely process in the HRIS System. Responsible for planning, scheduling and conducting all monthly Benefits Orientations for all New hires.•Completely oversee verification and processing of all monthly and quarterly invoice payments in a timely manner.•Continually evaluate existing benefits programs and processes; make sound recommendation for enhancements and or improvements in support of the overall initiatives or as triggered by changes to regulations, technology or business needs.
