Leadership: From coaching people I've learned valuable keys to communicate efficiently with people of all varieties to help them find their motivation. I lead with empathy and creating a zone of acceptance and I build trust by listening with Presence and grasping peoples proficiencies and encouraging them to exert it. I also try to limit and simplify delegated targets when necessary, because ambitious people tend to stumble a bit on taking on too much.Objective: I have always been interested in breaking the human code; the drives and how to get people to develop genuine motivation for what they do. So I chose to study leadership and organization. The key elements are communication and culture, where the latter should be an asset (diversity) rather than a source of problem. I am open-minded and can imagine myself within many industries as long as I can contribute, learn new things, meet challenges and get to share my insights in a learning environment. Abilities: I am well aware of the motives behind peoples’ actions, so I know how to respond to and cooperate with all kinds of people, successfully find the key to their motivation and consequently I have excellent networking skills and have communicated as much in English as in Swedish in previous employments. I often hear that I am always happy and calm, so I spread joy. All this, along with my creativity are great leadership abilities.
