Currently working on the Research and Development Team in ELP Aviation helping create world class solutions with a signature tailored approach in solutions that add value to the daily work of airlines globally. Served as Subject Matter Expert and Crew Domain Specialist for Crew Rules Development in ODM IBM platform. He has been leading the efforts for the digital transformation of the airport and supporting the Project Managers with a mix of lean practices and service design practices, oriented at pivoting the airport to a customer-centric focus. There he led the implementation of a Business Intelligence platform built on QlikView Server, along with NPrinting and QlikSense to bring all the capabilities required for both SelfService and OnDemand report generation experiences.Felix is a member of the Service Design Network and has had experience leading projects at Rio de Janeiro´s Galeao International Airport and with Sabre Airline Solutions for more than 150 Airlines worldwide.Felix started to work on the digital transformation roadmap of the airport as a need to bridge the gaps and close the infromation silos that existed between the different departments and that acted as an obstacle for collaborative work and common ground. The effort of creating a unified understanding of the reality of the airport through hundreds of indicators, required a huge BI project to be undertaken, but the BI also needed the processes and infromation sources to exist. The triple effort included: leading the digital transformation, designing and implementing a full fledged BI solution, and establish the PMO organization to make sure it all could happen within Scope, Time, and Budget.Felix is passionate about Service Design Thinking and subscribes to the principles of Human Centered Design and has studies in Psychology, Human-Computer interaction, Databases, Programming, Design Thinking, Leadership, Project Management, Digital Marketing, Data Science and Business Management his most notable achievement is being the father of a beautiful future scientist.Also posts his music on Spotify
