Lead VibrAnalysis Service Department (Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic & Mexico) covering services of various levels of complexity in three main areas: Projects, Reliability Engineering and Mechanical Repairs. Manage the operations of the service department, including development, implementation and administration of department policies. Ensure that they surrender excellent outcomes to achieve total customer satisfaction, including quality and costs according to estimates. Supervise and develop department staff and report to the President.

Experienced Facilitator of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) including developing an operational history report, failure modes effect and criticality analysis, a list of PM/PdM tasks, a comprehensive troubleshooting guide, and a list of critical spare parts required to ensure equipment reliability.

In charge of communicating the value of the different tools our customers acquire by teaching the correct use and setup. Sharing knowledge on the different Condition Monitoring philosophies and techniques, as well as Reliability engineering methodologies like Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). I enjoy building well prepared courses that make difficult topics easy to understand by using examples, details, analogies, metaphors, and a variety in modes of explanation to make material not only understandable but memorable.
