As the President and CEO of Capitol Scientific, Inc., I have led the company's growth and transformation for over 31 years Our vision is to become the leading national, mid-market distributor of laboratory supplies, reagents and specialty chemicals. I have leveraged my management experience to establish strategic relationships with both manufacturers and clients alike. Capitol Scientific's primary customers are found within the life science, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and a multitude of manufacturing market sectors. Under my leadership, Capitol Scientific has earned a ranking within the top 23% of the Inc 500|5000 annual list three years in a row. Capitol Scientific has maintained, grown and continues to add to its premium-branded product lines which include reagent & specialty chemicals, lab equipment, consumables, PPE, safety, and cleanroom products.My core competencies are rooted in my experience in leadership development, supply chain management, inventory management and logistics. All of which which have enabled me to create win-win relationships with diverse stakeholders throughout the supply chain, adapt to changing market conditions, and innovate solutions for complex problems. I am also the President of Capland Ventures, LLC, a real estate investment company, as well as Chem-Ware Logicstics, LLC which is a 3PL company which manages hazardous materials inventory for customers throughout the supply chain.I am passionate about creating a culture of problem-solvers, with team members who truly understand what "anticipating need" means. This same culture advances the interests and success of not only Capitol Scientific, but also its clients.
