All of which which have enabled me to create win-win relationships with diverse stakeholders throughout the supply chain, adapt to changing market conditions, and innovate solutions for complex problems. I am also the President of Capland Ventures, LLC, a real estate investment company, as well as Chem-Ware Logicstics, LLC which is a 3PL company which manages hazardous materials inventory for customers throughout the supply chain.I am passionate about creating a culture of problem-solvers, with team members who truly understand what "anticipating need" means. This same culture advances the interests and success of not only Capitol Scientific, but also its clients.
