Frontline worker on the railway providing customer service straight from his heart, started with London Overground and now Southeastern Railway.His career serving the public was started as an Executive Assistant in a public hospital in Hong Kong. He gained both customer service skills and clerical experience in a busy office settings in his 4 years of service. This also equipped him with exposure to the Facility Management sector. He has an eye for detail, serve as a good team player while also able to work effectively on his own. Working on top of his experience, it was hoped that a deepened understanding to the field could be gained by continuing the career and being further equipped by receiving professional education on related fields, such as Health and Safety. He is also open to any other opportunities outside the current field.
