My mission is to help in decision making, made by providing a spectrum of choices that help you realize the choices you have (not just the optimistic or pessimistic scenarios but the others in between; weighing the options and showing the way that these options can be applied, the benefits of them and the results to expect -e.g. with my team, I am managing my team not just for the company they are working for, but to help them in a larger context so that they can master their technical skills anywhere at anytime).My strength is to facilitate the usage of management of information and develop knowledge, this means taking different variables into consideration and you need to move them around in order to get different outcomes, identify different patterns -that is the knowledge development that I aim for.My passion is to learn, I don't consider myself an expert in anything which means there is always something new to know.
