With over 24 years of experience in contact center operations, BPO, and continuous process improvement, I am a Lean Six Sigma methodology-certified professional who drives value-added solutions for the healthcare payer industry.In my current role, I manage a team of ~600 FTEs across the U.S. and India, supporting all commercial administrative functions such as claims processing, provider service center, enrollment, reporting, and more. I ensure optimal service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, while managing strategic planning, capacity utilization, performance metrics, and customer-client escalations.
