Every brand is different, but the same frameworks apply and help me make faster decisions. I can usually have the biggest impact for companies starting with marketing budgets of around $500k - $5m per year and taking this to the next level. Often the plan is to hire a full-time CMO once the frameworks are in place, and I help with this. I usually work very closely with clients because that’s most effective.
