With a wealth of experience guiding and supporting organizations in their adoption of Lean and Agile methods at all levels, I am committed to improving communication and collaboration between business departments and product development units.With a software engineering/architecture background, I have been involved in the early days of Model-Driven Architecture (MDA) and Convergent Architecture (CA). Since 2004, I have gained extensive experience in implementing Lean and Agile methodologies with teams, product groups, and entire organizations.As one of the first in Germany to apply the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) in 2012, I have since supported multiple large enterprises in implementing SAFe successfully. I am the first Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC) and the first SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) in Germany. Additionally, I am one of the early SAFe Program Consultant Trainers (SPCT) in Europe, providing my clients with an unparalleled level of expertise in SAFe implementation.My current focus is on optimizing strategic product development processes, strategy formulation, and execution using Lean-Agile principles, and harnessing the opportunities provided by modern artificial intelligence. All this also in highly regulated environments where governance, risk and compliance management define important guardrails.
