I grew up in Bern, lived a year in Washington DC during High School, then in Zurich for some time, four years in Argentina and finished my MBA at London Business School. I am back in Switzerland since 2011. In my late teens and early twenties I loved being a flight attendant, organized events independently and did internships. Out of Uni (business and art history) I built a solid financial background in Tax Consulting and M&A at EY and hung out mainly with lawyers. Then I went to Argentina where I helped build wine brands and a museum for James Turrell at Bodega Colome. After an MBA at IAE in Buenos Aires and London Business School I joined the Swatch Group in Sales and was quickly given more and more responsibility. Everything to get myself ready for a versatile position in general management at a medium sized company. And that’s where I am since 2017 as COO of MWG. I love my job! I get to work with bad ass people in and outside of the company and see myself as an enabler for them to show off their skills and to achieve outstanding results together by constantly questioning what we are doing and trying new things as our mantra. Being comfortable with being uncomfortable is where I want to be, therefore I push my limits frequently. I believe in creating opportunities and being ready for them and love to set up and seal a deal. Among my core values are being humble and respectful and if you are too, I will go out my way to help you… Drop me a line if this sparked your interest and/or have a similar wavelength.
