1. Position from Senior FPGA FAE to South China SoC/FPGA FAE Assistant Manager， helping company to expand the scale of Microsemi product­lines, and promote SmartFusion2/IGLOO2 SoC FPGA;2. Maintain the important/top customers transfer from the other distribution agents, like Honghe­tech, Yako etc;3. Responsible for new staff technical training and guidance, work together with sales manager & PM make their plan and get feedback;4. Focus on the promotion of Microsemi SoC FPGA, also includes other Microsemi product­lines, Microsemi PoE, PPG, IGBT/Module, Vitess ENT, WiFi/Vocie, Motor and Motion Control etc;5. Understand the bio­system of FPGA market: Altera, Microsemi FPGA/SoC, Xilinx, Lattice, CME FPGA, SiliconLab, CortexM3­ MCU, uCOS&FreeRTOS, SoC FPGA. Familar with Ethernet, GPIB, DDR, SerDes, Motor control develop and design works. Also AltiumDesigner, AutoCAD, Pads, OrCAD schematics and PCB design tools. Understand Linux, USB, PCIe, SerDes;6. Top customers includes ZTE, DJI, GSK, Porcheson, Inovance, Xaircraft, Honghe­Tech, Yako etc;7. Independent development and explore new customers, or work together with sales staff to develop and explore new opportunities;8. 1. Primarily responsible for Altera FPGA products lines developing and supporting technical promotion (Altera FPGA as 70% of the total performance). Support range from Shenzhen to Dongguan, Guangzhou, Zhuhai;2. Provide field application in support of customers on other product­lines technica support, as ADI, TI, Linear, Enprion, SiliconLab etc( as 30% of the total performance);3. Manage customers' projects and focus on proprietary parts design activities;4. Acquire product application materials and propose design solutions;5. Work with customer’s engineers to maximize local develop business;6. Prepare all kinds of products documents&PPTs to support customer design requirements;7. Maximize New Business Opportunities and increase design win ratio with Field Sales;8. Keep in touch with American&Local engineers, support customers' design solutions;9. Have got the " Altera Global FAE Gold Certification" in 2015.

1. Design&Develop clients' FPGA projects, good at Microsemi SoC, Altera FPGA, Xilinx FPGA etc;2. New products development, like GPIB IP or Interface in communication equipments;3. Microsemi (Actel) FPGA • RTL verification;4. FPGA technology support;5. The Altera - SOPC equipments maintenance & clients training;6. FPGA BBS/Forum of our company maintenance;
