The Startup Burgenland Accelerator and Incubator aim to support startups from ideation to market entry. The Incubator provides €10,000 in startup support, 12 months of one-on-one mentoring, and over 10 workshops to help transform ideas into successful businesses. The Accelerator customizes its program for each participating team, offering expert workshops, individual coaching, and a grant of €10,000, with additional financing options up to €400,000 through the Wirtschaftsagentur. Participants gain access to a network of founders, investors, and companies across Austria and Europe, tailored to their unique journey from prototype to market.In my role as the Program Manager and Startup Coach at the Startup Burgenland Accelerator and Incubator, I lead the customization of our programs and tools to align with the unique needs of each startup. This involves hands-on development of tailored strategies that ensure startups receive impactful support, from securing funding to accessing specialized workshops and mentoring. I work closely with founders to navigate the complexities of business model optimization, marketing, and sales strategies, guiding them from ideation through to scale-up. My mission is to equip startups with the necessary tools and insights to thrive in competitive markets, leveraging my expertise to foster a robust network of founders, investors, and industry partners across Austria and Europe.
