I am a partner at MacElree Harvey engaged in litigation practice within multiple practice areasLicensed in PA and NJ; Selected for the 2018, 2020-2022 Pennsylvania Rising Stars list (Super Lawyers Magazine)Prior to joining the firm, I spent over two years as the law clerk to the Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, while Her Honor was Coordinating Judge of the Complex Litigation Center. As clerk, I was exposed to mass tort and complex litigation as well as matters arising in the Philadelphia Arbitration Center. I also have federal judicial experience as an intern.I have litigated cases at the Philadelphia Arbitration Center and received an Outstanding Oral Advocacy Citation in Trial Advocacy while in law school. Serving as an Articles & Symposium Editor for the Temple Journal of Science, Technology & Environmental Law allowed me to help organize a six-CLE symposium titled, "The Greening of IP." The symposium explored the intersection of intellectual property and environmental law. Prior to attending law school, I worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as a Research Technician in a laboratory specializing in neuroscience research.I am heavily involved in the Louis D. Brandeis Jewish Law Society and served as its past Chancellor. i am still an Executive Board Member. My experiences have often required me to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
