Federal-Mogul Motorparts helps the world get where it wants to be by making and distributing original equipment and aftermarket parts.At Federal-Mogul, I held a hybrid HR Generalist/Business Partner role for a multiple shift operation at their Skokie Plant for 3 business units that consists of 300+ employees. The Skokie Plant overall consisted of a workforce of about 1300 employees, with a global presence of 40,000+ employees today. In my Generalist/BP role, I was responsible for everything under the HR umbrella for my business units including (but not limited to) coaching & development of leadership staff, training, benefits administration, LOA's, compensation, performance management, talent development, ER, policy administration, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee recognition, succession planning, building and growing efficient teams & processes in line with business goals, and this list goes on. In 2016, I was appointed the Internship & Apprenticeship Program Manager, and completely revamped both programs while I was there. When I left, we hired two of our Engineering Interns into full-time roles, and had our first two apprentices in over 10 years working through our newly revamped program.
