CurrentResponsible for leading strategic Growth initiatives in the B2B segment, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention, ensuring scalable and sustainable company growth. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and solve critical business challenges.Key Responsibilities:Manage and implement Growth strategies, mapping the funnel end-to-end with a focus on optimizing results through A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies;Work closely with the Product team, influencing the prioritization of actions and corrective measures to maximize growth targets;Lead projects in partnership with Loans, CRM, Payments, UX/UI, and CX teams, aiming to scale strategic initiatives and optimize existing processes;Develop and present detailed reports to C-Level leadership, highlighting strategic insights and proposing actions based on data analysis and market trends.
