Active Directory R&D and Integration lab manager. Cross discipline engineering engagements. Designed and implemented AD Lab environment utilizing VMware ESX, Virtual Center and IBM SAN technologies. Provided design reviews, troubleshooting and technical documentations services to multiple cross functional engineering teams (Active Directory, Desktop, Networking etc).

Developed and implemented zero touch build and lifecycle management system supporting 55k desktops and 15k servers globally. Complemented build system with the design and implementation of a zero touch desktop migration system used for system upgrades, providing application and data sync. This system saved the firm $15M in manpower cost on a 30k seat desktop operating system refresh and is used as a key part of the WAR plan. Partner with OEM’s on new product development and existing product improvements to align vendor product offerings with the requirements of the firm. Performed system performance analysis and capacity planning for Desktops, Workstations, Servers, Grid and Virtualized environments. Defined and implemented standards for pc's and printers/MFD's used to reduce the environmental impact of the firm while simultaneously reducing the carbon footprint, consumables used, waste produced and electric costs of the firm. Core member of team responsible reviewing all architectural designs that could impact the windows infrastructure.

Responsible for design and implementation of build systems for Windows desktop deployment including OS and application stack. Performed engineering reviews and cost estimates, including the review of all desktop related changes request for the SOW, providing engineering implementation cost estimates and ongoing support impact estimated used by PMO for pricing on the $68M+ project at Citigroup. Implemented and documented all approved desktop changes requests, including support for new hardware models, applications and configuration changes, on-time and within budget. Designed and implemented process improvement reducing the complete migration time by 5 hours from 8 hours to 3 hours.

Provided engineering services and managerial oversight for three, thirty man teams of desktop engineers performing desktop migrations and served as liaison between system business unit managers, users and technical teams.Major clients included AT&T, AIG and Citibank (Citigroup).
