Overall, I have consistently demonstrated leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking and teamwork abilities in every aspect of my roles.My involvement in ERP migration activities, business process review, software solutions interventions and creative problem solving initiations has enabled my achievements in some notable projects summarized below:• Led a team that developed and implemented automated process for transporters’ bills payment in Forte Oil Plc to reduce transporters’ payment process time to receiving payment on due date instead of 30 - 60 days delay.• Led a team that initiated, developed and implemented automated process for customers’ ordering and invoicing in Forte Oil Plc to enable customers place order from their phone and/or personal computer and later receive invoices on-line. This reduced the customer invoicing time from 21 days to 6 days or less through the Proof of Delivery system.• Managed the Implementation of a world class Customer Relationship Management Software (ZENDESK) in Forte Oil Plc to assist with tracking of customer feedback and analyse through dashboard.• Pioneer participant in the set-up of a customer service department in Forte Oil Plc to help resolve Account Receivable reconciliation challenges faced by the company.• Led a team that set up a world class customer care unit in customer service department in Forte Oil Plc which helped to reduce customer complaint resolution time from an average of 10 days to 3 days.•
