Hr & Admin Manager
- Oversee and coordinate all Admin and HR related management support programmes to ensure quality services and timeliness in the main office and sub-offices.
- Maintain key Admin/HR relationships with Lawyers, Insurance Agencies, Immigration services, Auditors, Labor law departments, etc.
- Establish an efficient and responsive Administrative unit which effectively handled cleaning services, security management, premises management, transport/logistics, maintenance and procurement/store, through sound.
- Coordinate and implement full management of fleet and efficient vehicle pool systems to ensure smooth running of company’s operations and services.
- Communicate, interpret and advise strategic leadership team on policies and procedures in compliance with Nigeria labour laws.
- Manage all documentations related to staff contracts, maintain and ensure adequate record of all correspondences.
