His work was recently recognized by the global 100 under 40 list of the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD), 2021 Edition in the Activism and Humanitarian category.'Femi's work supports program evaluation, development communication, knowledge production, and evidence-based policy engagement on projects/programs in collaboration with development partners including the MasterCard Foundation, Ford Foundation, INCLUDE, Citi Foundation, Hewlett Packard Foundation.
