As a Senior Energy Economist at SelectUSA within the U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration, I spearhead the supply chain and reshoring strategy, driving initiatives to fortify domestic manufacturing capabilities. Collaborating closely with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Manufacturing Extension Partnership, and academic institutions.Prior to my tenure at SelectUSA, I honed my skills as an economist and energy expert. Notable experiences include work with the United States Department of Agriculture Economic Research Service and White house Executive office of the President the Council of Economic Advisers.My academic journey encompasses a Ph.D. in Sustainability from Michigan State University, complemented by a Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management, an M.A. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
