As an Asset Information Manager, I am responsible for the information provision of Asset Management. By developing policies I contribute to providing frameworks for asset information provision, the organization of data management and data access from the electricity or gas network. Next to initiating Enexis broad process renewal and improvement proposals, I also provide integrated long-term plans and together with my co-asset information managers I am a source of information for employees and managers. With the help of the above, I ensure that the management is capable of, and actively engages with, the information provision in a broad sense.

During my first year of being a trainee at Enexis Group I started with a project in which I could make a difference. Agility is a way of working we want to adopt within Enexis. To make this possible a proper project management method can be of help. For this I researched many different project management methods in order to find the one most suitable for my team. The second part of my project was offering a helping hand by adopting the most suitable project management method. For this I also experienced being a scrummaster. My second project was all about data management. Here I was responsible for the maturity growth of Enexis in data quality management.
