Mr. Egbewole has acquired broad and varied experience in finance, accounting, business and product development, marketing, research, strategic and management consulting. He is highly proficient in business development, project management, financial impact analysis, financial modelling and strategic planning with over nine years experience. He has from the start of his career being involved in business start-up, re-structuring and re-engineering.He started his professional career with an ICT Research and Consultancy Outfit as an account officer and later became the Head, Finance and Strategic Planning. Moved to Research and Development Consulting Limited (RDCL Consulting) as a Senior Consultant (Business Development and Strategist). Joined a Microfinance Bank as Head, Credit & Marketing and after a period of 3 months became the Acting Managing Director.He joined a project as Financial/Management Consultant (an independent consulting) in December 2008 and worked under the AfDB/AWF Assisted Project in Liberia as expert in producing a Feasibility Report for the Water & Sanitation Sector sponsored by the African Development Bank (AfDB). Also engaged by a business incubation and strategic management firm which is also a subsidiary of one of the leading Law firm in Lagos, Nigeria as the consulting Head, Business Development Group and working with the law firm and its NGO (Negotiation & Conflict Management Group) on Business Development and Strategy to ensure the expansion of the firm within the Sub-Sahara Africa.The NCMG International is the pioneer of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) in Nigeria and Africa with the establishment of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) and other Multidoor Courthouses in Nigeria, in which Femi has been playing important role in the advocacy and consulting in the organization. Most recently is when he (Femi) initiated a project under NCMG to the British Council – J4A Program on justice reform.
