Lead the Nordic presales organization with a team of business- and technical professionals. Provided Nordics sales organization with sales support, business development and technical presales. Worked actively with market targeted activities such as partners, events, press and media.The majority of the work was performed with key and strategic accounts in the Nordics. We frequently helped build business cases, solution and adoption roadmaps, positioning material and technical justification / product validation. Also perform business assessments to analyze "current as-is" environment vs. "wanted position", developed customer roadmaps/journeys and the related business values. • Defined strategy and vision for complete line of product integrations for complex web-based PLM suite. Successfully managed the definition, development, release and introduction of more than 12 new products to the market. Managed and build successful team of 7 product management professionals.• Managed outsourced development initiative with three software development partners. Managed scope of work, schedules, status reporting, design reviews and deliverables. Defined and negotiated contractual terms and conditions for each partner on an ongoing basis for new work and maintenance.• Spearheaded the development of a new process oriented approach for developing products, providing services and for selling the complete line of products. Worked cross-functionally across the company organizations to align initiatives. Worked closely with key customers to define, document and position support of business processes enabled by PLM suite.
