Advising managers on HR and recruitment matters Europe wide were my main activities at Jan Dekker international. Projects I handled were HR visibility and creating HR policies.

At Metro (the head office of Makro) my main focus was on HR advise towards managers. As there was no recruiter at that time I executed the entire recruitment process including conducting interviews. One of the projects I did was on internal communication about HR policies and processes.

Dell was my first job at Human Resources. I started as HR representative and developed to HR specialist.As HR specialist I mainly focused on absenteeism, prevention and expatriation. I gave workshops & coaching. I executed projects (Yellow belt) in relation to absenteeism and improving HR processes (HR up) in order to enable cost savings. Furthermore I coordinated & organized employee events and activities.
