En zeg nou zelf: welke momenten herinner jij je nog het beste als consument?Ik ben een leergierige dame, die snel leert en de materie zich eigen maakt. Doordat ik de techniek niet schuw en dit goed kan vertalen naar voordelen voor de klant, ben ik een makkelijke gesprekspartner voor zowel een manager als een techneut of specialist. Ik neem een flinke kruiwagen mee aan eigen ervaringen uit de smart home, smart energy, slimme mobiliteit, hightech en maakindustrie.----For me, a perfect customer experience is the basis of all the actions you take. You can have the best product or service out there, but if you forget (or don't know) what your customer is really about ... You’ll always miss the point.From knowing who your customer is, what is going on with them, how their customer journey goes to where you can make a difference. The latter is the most difficult, but also the icing on the cake. If you succeed, you will get into their emotional feelings. And let's face it: which moments do you remember best as a consumer?I am eager to learn, and do so quickly and master the subject matter. Because I am not shy about technology and can translate this well into benefits for the customer, I am an easy discussion partner for both a manager and a technician or specialist. I bring a lot of my own experiences from the smart home, smart energy, smart mobility, high-tech and manufacturing industry.
