Seddle Productions is a video production company that creates informative videos and animations about science, software and technology. I work for them on an on-call basis as interviewer. This work consists of coming up with questions that cover the topic of the video, making sure the person being interviewed feels as comfortable as possible before the camera and asking the right questions at the right time.

As junior lecturer I supported the HCD department of the University of Twente. As lecturer, teaching assistant and student supervisor I helped introduce master and bachelor students to HCD methods, including various brainstorming techniques, interviewing, affinity mapping, rapid prototyping, theatre techniques and co-design. The Design Your Life (DYL) project aims to create a toolkit with which young adults on the autism spectrum can design their own assistive technologies. I was teaching assistant for the IDE Bsc Module Designing for Specific Users. In this module students learn and practice co-design for the first time with actual users. Due to COVID, this module had to run online. It was my job to make sure the online learning environment for the students was up to date, to evaluate weekly with students to see how they were doing, giving a lecture about making online web portfolios and organising the online project market.

As Commissioner of Productions for theatre association NEST, my main responsibility was to maintain contact with the directors, production coordinators, theatre technicians and the reservations office. It was my job to make sure all productions were on track, all stage aspects were arranged on time and that there were rooms available for the rehearsals and shows. All parties could come to me in case of any trouble, after which we would work together to address the issue.
