Hereby I provide objective advice, expertise and help an organization to develop any specialist skills that may be lacking. Within outsmart we work together with sales to close project offers with customers. My passion is to identify issues, form hypothesis and solutions. Converting technical issues into risks and mitigating actions is key in my job. I manage a team of wind professionals.

Femmy Wervers-Combrink has a decade of experience in economic and financial analyses, Due Diligence investigations, project management, cost engineering, and is one of DNV GL’s leading experts on due diligence investigations of assets at the energy value chain. Her focus is on assessing risks, related to capital, replacement and operating expenditures, and provinding risk mitigating strategies. Within DNV GL she has co-developed a method and a database for cost calculations and cost control for all T&D related investments and had a leading role in developing asset replacement models. Her recent work has included assessments of asset management policies, strategies and implementation of the asset management processes; and determination of medium and long-term asset replacement volumes and cost based on asset age profiles and asset lives. Mrs. Wervers-Combrink has conducted several Technical Due Diligence investigations of network companies on behalf of regulators, vendors and potential buyers. Within these assignments she was responsible for the review and assessment of the forecasted capital and operational expenditures as well as the valuation of the assets under consideration. Because of DNV GL’s independent position, DNV GL’s consultants are very used to bridging the interests of both clients and vendors.
