- Controlling financial and accounting activities, managing operational tasks - Leading portfolio and company sale processes

- Managing and supervising Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Refinancing and harmonizing the financial operation with HR, Contract Management, Legal and IT;- Heading projects, setting goals, creating and implementing actions plans and evaluating results;- Coordinating and validating the management, regulatory, taxation, accounting and consolidation (HAS, IFRS) reports (6 companies),; - Keeping contact with regulators, internal/external auditors and tax authorities, managing audits without any significant findings; - Mapping liquidity and financial resources, negotiating and finalizing financial products;- Hedging FX (spot and forward deals), rate and liquidity positions in order to mitigate the related risks;- Banking relationship and cash management, building up intercompany funding-, and cash pooling;- Managing the budgeting process, following up the budget, monitoring business performance; - Developing procedures and processes to comply with changing legal environment, to increase efficiency, to strengthen internal controls and mitigate risks; - Successful management of efficiency and cost optimization projects; - Contributing to management decisions and sales strategy, supporting the business, focusing on the client needs;- Supporting merge & acquisition projects, performing due diligence tasks;- Successful operational merger of 4 Fortis companies within 12 months including IT integration;

- Heading Finance, Accounting, Taxation; - Preparing monthly and yearly Finance and Accounting reporting, reconciliations and consolidation;- Managing monthly, quarterly and yearly closing tasks;- Managing controlling related tasks, supporting the management in strategical decisions;- Developing work-flows of the departments establishing and adjusting control and monitoring functions;- Preparing and validating tax returns;- Treasury management (ALM, cash and forex transactions);- Building up and operating a management reporting system including planning and cost allocation;- Leading successful software implementation and system development projects including data migration and as a result introducing an integrated IT system covering all the back and front processes;

- Managing bookkeeping, performing end of month and yearly closing tasks and reconciliations;- Banking relationship, banking transfers and cash-flow management;- Managing accounting and tax audits;- Payroll, HR administration and reporting;
