In order to take care of my aging parent, I left my beloved Starbucks and joined the Tapestry, a modern luxury and lifestyle company. I am back in Shanghai and in charge of Asia Pacific control team. Our talented and dynamics teams in various Asia regions support rapid growth of Asia Pacific markets, execute company multiple brand strategy, participate in global ERP implements, integrate and streamline business process, complete month end and quarter end close timely with high quality, retain and develop talent, ensure compliance with US GAAP and local statutory and tax requirements.

Greater Seattle Area

Build upon the successful assignment in Greater China, relocated back to Starbucks headquarter. I am now in charge of CAP accounting operations. Standardize process, assess system capabilities, built roadmaps; develop and train partners in US and markets. Engage in Starbucks initiatives in CAP region such as siren retail and roasteries from accounting system & process perspective. Build bridges between region and headquarter. Assess risk and take mitigate measures. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and local statutory and tax requirements.
