Grain Boundary Simulation Project: Using Smith normal decomposition to simulate crystal grains of different rotations and the corresponding shear transformation via MatLab.Monte Carlo Project: Using Metropolis Monte Carlo algorithm and molecular dynamics to simulate crystal growth by chemical vapor deposition in MatLab. Created a visualization of growth rate as a function of time, temperature and original density of the atoms.
