As a Data Analyst at Alibaba Group, I applied my data analytics and mining skills to support various business functions and projects. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Machine Learning and Data Mining from the University of Toronto Scarborough, where I gained a solid foundation in data science and engineering. I have over two years of work experience as a Data Analyst and a Support Engineer in the big data and cloud computing domains. I previously worked as a Support Engineer for the Big Data Platform at Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd., where I provided technical support and troubleshooting for the platform's users and clients. I also developed and tested scripts and tools to automate and improve the platform's functionality and reliability. I am passionate about solving complex problems and creating value with data. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to challenge myself with new opportunities.
