Working in one of the leading IT support companies in China as server engineer for 2 years, assigned to be the Project Manager in charge of an outsourced maintenance service. Thanks to outstanding performance at work and good personality in life, I was once sent to the Singapore branch for 8 months for corporate business development in the region. Job duties include: •Response to customer inquiries and follow up on cases•Maintain customer relationship, frequent contact with existing clients•Develop a case tracking and review system•Deal with vendors for parts procurement and quotation •Share technical techniques with subordinates •Provide maintenance activation (both onsite and remote)•Trouble shooting, define server fault, including hardware failure or OS errors•Hardware replacement •Server health check•Familiar with HP,IBM,Dell,Sun,EMC and etc server.
