In this period, I am working on the project of "Combined Au plating and ion implantation (CAPI)" together with Danish Technological Institute (DTI), Elplatek A/S and WS Audiology. The aim of this project is to enhance the wear resistance of electrical contacts while maintaining the electrical properties. Along with the project, I am also involved in the research and consultancy work in the Center for Electronic Corrosion at DTU and Celcorr/CreCon consortium.

In this period, I am full time employed by Section of Materials and Surface Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, DTU, under financial funding from Celcorr/Crecon group (http://celcorr.com/). I started a Ph.D work with Inventec (http://www.inventec.dehon.com/en/) to optimize the flux system used in electronics in order to improve the corrosion and climatic reliability. Meanwhile, I will continue assist Celcorr group to deal with technical assistance and consultancy works to the Celcorr/Crecon consortium.

In this period I was full time employed by CELCORR/CreCon Group and assisted the CELCORR group on:1. Designed a fast and easy method to extract contamination from PCBs to replace C3 system designed by Foresite. (Joint with Danfoss, Quantiflux)2. Corrosion analysis and corrosion classification of metallic coupon for wind turbine. (Joint with Vestas)3. Benchmark the reliability of conformal coatings used in electronics with different flux systems. (CELCORR/CreCon Group)
